The 1125 Litre Hot Wash Pressure Washer Twin Axle water bowser is used within the cleaning industry for cleaning down equipment and areas. It can be used for washing trolley bays, car parks and public areas and is important for offering a deeper clean with the option to use detergent for eliminating the risk of germs.
The 1125 Litre Hot Wash Pressure Washer Twin Axle Highway is built on a fully welded highway tow able twin axle trailer making it easy to tow to the required destination. The tank is 1125 litres but can changed to a 2000 litre tank. It can be customised and fitted onto a highway tow able trailer, site tow able trailer and a static water tank.

This hotwash pressure washer has a pressure of 40 – 200 bar, 2900 PSI and a flow rate of 450 – 900 litres per hour. The maximum temperature of this unit is 80 – 98 °C. This hotwash unit uses a diesel Yanmar engine and L100 V motor. The Karcher HDS 1000 DE offers optimum ease of use with an automatic burner cut-out in case of water shortage, overheating protection and a ergonomically designed trigger gun for ease of use. For maximum performance the product is fitted with a high-output burner with upright heating coil and for continuous ignition without deflagration. Perfect for removing stubborn encrustations. The unit has a stage V engine to meet emission standards.

CHASSIS:
Constructed from 5mm pressed steel section fully welded with a 100 x 50 RSC ‘A’ frame drawbar and front standing plate.

Twin Knott-Avonride 1500kg torsion beam axles fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes.
WHEELS AND TYRES:
4 No. 185 /13 x 8 Ply tyres on 4 stud rims.
COUPLING:
Knott-Avonride 3000kg auto reverse coupling fitted with either a choice of 40mm eye or 50mm ball, break away cable and spring assisted hand brake lever.
TANK:
Polyethylene, elliptical in section with internal anti surge baffle, 3/4” front draw off, 2 rear outlet connections, fitted with a 22” lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid. Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps.
PUMP:
Yanmar Electric Start L100 Diesel Engine driving a 200 Bar (3000psi), 16LPM Comet Geared triple plunger pump with unloader valve for smooth and reliable operation. Max Rated Temperature 140 Deg C (284 deg F)

This unit uses a 13 HP Honda petrol engine featuring an electric start function, the HDS 1000 BE offers high water flow and pressure rates ideal for applications where high performance cleaning is required. This unit is best suited for the plant hire and construction industry, agricultural applications as well as use in the public sector.
The petrol HDS 1000 BE has a flow rate of 450 – 900 litres per hour with a operating pressure of 40 – 210 bar and a maximum temperature of 80 – 98°C. The engine used on this unit is a Honda GX390.
All Karcher machines sold with a Trailer Engineering water bowser will be backed with a full Karcher warranty.

Delivery Information & Exclusions.
* UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).
*For none UK Deliveries POA.
*Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.
*Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.
* It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.
*Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.
*As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.
*Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
