Water Bowser

Water Bowser can be seen in generic terms as it can relate to different kinds of tankers. The word bowser is generally used by companies that supply water in the United Kingdom and they can be associated as a mobile water tank, which is used to allocate fresh water where there is an emergency situation in which the normal supply of water has been cut off. The use of the bowser came into focus when in 2007, England experience relentless flooding across the country especially in the River Severn, which went on to cause a large part of Gloucestershire having no main supply of water. The bowser has other uses in that it can be used as a fuel tanker in which it can distribute fuel to an aircraft when at the airport. This type of bowser that has fuel on board can be used in refuelling boats and seaplanes.
