JCB Maintenance Lube Trailer
The Challenge
Trailer Engineering was approached by JCB to design and manufacture a lube trailer that was legal to be towed on the public highway and capable of servicing and maintaining JCB's products such as their excavators and dump trucks.
The Solution
Trailer Engineering designed and manufactured a range of lube trailers that had a grease drum, multiple tanks for multiple Oils and Greases complete with five Pneumatic pumps powered by a compressor, the compressor also powered an air line for maintaining tyre pressures on the machinery. Some of these trailers were fitted with a crane for lifting oil drums into the trailer.
The Result
Trailer Engineering supplied JCB with multiple trailers to service their machinery whilst out on site.
