Gloucester Wildlife Trust
The Challenge
We were approached by Gloucester Wildlife Trust who had a problem suppling water to cattle in remote locations in the Forest of Dean, the Bowser complete with rear water trough had to be transported over very rough ground and needed to be protected from raised tree stumps and of course the cattle.
The Solution
We designed and built a heavy-duty chassis complete with upgraded wheels and suspension also incorporated sump guards to protect the trough from raised obstacles, we also added light guards to protect from cattle. The Bowser was also EU approved meaning that they can take it onto the public highways to transport the Bowser around more easily.
The Result
Gloucester Wildlife Trust now has no problems in supplying water to their cattle and as a result, they have very happy cattle and have placed more orders to cover wider ranges of the Forest.
