Bespoke 2000 Litre Site Tow Water Bowser With Dust Cannon
The Challenge
Air Spectrum and Trailer Engineering have had a long and successful working relationship for many years, in which has seen the two companies work closely together to design and manufacture new and innovative products for the dust suppression industry. Air Spectrum had a vision to create a large dust cannon with a generator to power the system and needed a trailer with water bowser for it to be a mobile unit whilst out on construction and demolition sites providing that much needed dust suppression.
The Solution
Working together Trailer Engineering and Air Spectrum decided the best trailer for the job would be a extended version of Trailer Engineering's standard 2000 litre site tow water bowser. The trailer had been reinforced to cope with the additional weight and fitted with a platform specifically designed to house Air Spectrum's dust cannon and generator. Additionally the trailer was also built with fork lift truck points to make loading and unloading of the trailer easy.
The Result
The working relationship between Air Spectrum and Trailer Engineering has seen a wide range of dust suppression water bowsers on offer for the dust control industry. Air Spectrum offer a variety of highway and site towable water bowsers fitted with their own dust cannons for sale or hire in which can also be configured for Oder control. The two companies continue to work together to bring new and innovative products to the market.
