Budget Toliet Tanker Project
The Challenge
Trailer Engineering was approached by Pickering's Hire to design and manufacture a cheaper alternative to a vacuum tanker for emptying the toilets in their welfare unit's when they return to the depot.
The Solution
The solution was to manufacture a skid base, based on our 1125 litre water bowser that could be moved by a fork truck, fitted with a HONDA Powered 2" trash pump which had a fill and emptying feature, complete with 25ft of hose and a storage facility around the tank.
The Result
Pickering's hire now have a cheaper alternative to a vacuum tanker which they use on a daily bases to maintain their fleet of welfare units and portable toilets across their nationwide depot network.
