The 1000 Litre Single Axle Aircraft Toilet Service Unit Bowser is a cylindrical tank constructed from 4mm stainless steel and fitted with an internal partition. This partition separates 200 litres of chemicals from 800 litres of effluent. The chemical tank has a 2″ filler and cap and is connected to a 12V pump which has an in-line pressure relief valve. It also has a spring rewind hose reel with 30ft of 1″ hose and a 1″ aircraft toilet water connector.
Description
The effluent tank on the 1000 Litre Single Axle Aircraft Toiler Service Unit Bowser is fitted with a 4″ discharge valve in the base which comes with a cap and chain. This part of the tank also has a bolt on access manlid and a 3″ screw cap to allow pressure washing from this compartment. It comes with 12ft of 4″ suction hose and a pressure/vacuum relief valve and gauge.
The 1000 Litre Single Axle Aircraft Toiler Service Unit Bowser is fitted with an electric start Yanmar single cylinder diesel engine complete with a secondary exhaust unit and back up recoil. It has a MEC 1000Lpm vacuum pump with 2 charcoal filters to remove odour, and reverse flow to empty the content from the hose back to the tank to prevent freezing.
The GSE toilet service bowser has a 100AH heavy duty leisure battery which comes fitted in a locking box for security. It has a split level charging unit with a cable and ISO plug for charging the battery. This 110/230V 12 volt battery is fitted in a battery box with a mains lead. It also 110v trace heating fitted to the chemical pipe work and 110v 1000 watt immersion heated fitted to the chemical tank.
The 1000 Litre Single Axle Aircraft Toiler Service Unit Bowser is mounted onto a 1500kg gross capacity braked highway tow galvanised chassis. Twin axle trailer available upon request.
Availability is approximately 12 weeks due to being a bespoke build and can be altered to suit the customers requirements.

PUMP:
MEC 1000Lpm vacuum pump fitted with auto lube, driven via belts, fitted with a high level auto cut out ball and a secondary cut out in the pump line. 2 charcoal filter units fitted on exhaust outlet of pump to remove odour. Reverse flow to suck back to tank feature to empty contents of hose on reel to prevent freezing.
ENGINE:
Electric start Yanmar single cylinder diesel engine fitted with secondary exhaust smoke filter unit. Back up recoil hand start fitted.
BATTERY / ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:
100AH heavy duty leisure battery fitted in steel locking box c/w master switch. Split level charging unit fitted to battery c/w cable and ISO plug to enable charging of trailer battery from towing vehicle. 110/240 V 12 volt battery charger fitted in battery box c/w mains lead. Consumer unit fitted with 2 RCD switched fuses connected to trace heating and immersion heater, and battery charger
110V trace heating fitted to external chemical pipe work c/w insulation, 110V 1000 Watt immersion heater fitted into base of front chemical tank, Air temperature sensor unit fitted externally on trailer to switch trace heating on. The immersion heater has to be plugged into 110V power supply for overnight heating.
TRAILER:
1500Kg gross capacity braked highway tow galvanised chassis fitted with 2 No 13” Heavy duty M&S tyres, full road lighting, parking brake and auto reverse brakes, Telescopic front jockey wheel, 50mm ball coupling, moulded mudguards, Amber airport approved flashing beacon mounted on tank top. 4 tread access step ladders stowed on brackets on side of trailer. Rear bumper bar.

However, here's some important delivery information:
* UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).
*For none UK Deliveries POA.
*Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.
*Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.
* It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.
*Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.
*As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.
*Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
