The 2000 Litre Twin Axle Aircraft Toilet Service Unit Bowser is mounted onto a 3000kg twin axle chassis. It is manufactured from 4mm of stainless steel, fitted with an internal partition filled with 200 litres of chemical and 1800 litres of effluent.

Description

The 2000 Litre Twin Axle Aircraft Toilet Service Unit Bowser has a MEC 1600lpm vacuum pump with a reverse flow allowing it to suck the contents back to the tank and empty the contents from the hose reel. It is also fitted with an electric start Yanmar diesel engine and 2 charcoal filter units to remove any odour.

The GSE toilet serving bowser is fitted with a 100AH heavy leisure battery which comes in a steel locking box with a master switch for security. It has a split level charging unit which comes with a cable and ISO plug for charging the trailer battery. The vacuum tanker comes with a 110/240V 12-volt battery charger which is fitted in the battery box. The 2000 Litre Twin Axle Aircraft Toilet Service Unit Bowser has a 110V trace heating fitted to the pipe work and a 110V 1000-watt immersion heater which is fitted to the base of the chemical tank.

Other features include an in-line pressure relief valve, spring rewind hose reel with 30ft of 1″ hose, 1″ aircraft toilet water connector, 3 chemical resistant content sight glasses, 112ft of 4″ suction hose and a pressure/vacuum gauge and relief valve.

Availability approximately 12 weeks due to being a bespoke build and can be altered due to meet customers requirements.

Technical Specifications

TANK:

4mm Stainless steel all as above with 200L Chemical and 1800Litre effluent. Mounted on a Twin Axle Highway Chassis grossing at 3000Kg.

PUMP:

MEC 1600Lpm vacuum pump fitted with auto lube, driven via belts, fitted with a high level auto cut out ball and a secondary cut out in the pump line. 2 charcoal filter units fitted on exhaust outlet of pump to remove odour. Reverse flow to suck back to tank feature to empty contents of hose on reel to prevent freezing.

ENGINE:

Electric start Yanmar single cylinder diesel engine fitted with secondary exhaust smoke filter unit. Back up recoil hand start fitted.

BATTERY / ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:

100AH heavy duty leisure battery fitted in steel locking box c/w master switch. Split level charging unit fitted to battery c/w cable and ISO plug to enable charging of trailer battery from towing vehicle. 110/240 V 12-volt battery charger fitted in battery box c/w mains lead. Consumer unit fitted with 2 RCD switched fuses connected to trace heating and immersion heater, and battery charger

110V trace heating fitted to external chemical pipe work c/w insulation, 110V 1000-Watt immersion heater fitted into base of front chemical tank, Air temperature sensor unit fitted externally on trailer to switch trace heating on. The immersion heater is plugged into 110V power supply for overnight frost protection.

TRAILER:

3000Kg gross capacity braked twin axle highway tow galvanised chassis fitted with 4 No 13” Heavy duty M&S tyres, full road lighting, parking brake and auto reverse brakes, Telescopic front jockey wheel, 50mm ball coupling, moulded mudguards, Amber airport approved flashing beacon mounted on tank top. 4 tread access step ladders stowed on brackets on side of trailer. Rear bumper bar.

    Delivery Information & Exclusions.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
