TANK: 4mm Stainless steel all as above with 200L Chemical and 1800Litre effluent. Mounted on a Twin Axle Highway Chassis grossing at 3000Kg. All other fittings as on 1000L Bowser as above.
PUMP: MEC 1600Lpm vacuum pump fitted with auto lube, driven via belts, fitted with a high level
auto cut out ball and a secondary cut out in the pump line. 2 charcoal filter units fitted on exhaust
outlet of pump to remove odour. Reverse flow to suck back to tank feature to empty contents of
hose on reel to prevent freezing.
ENGINE: Electric start Yanmar single cylinder diesel engine fitted with secondary exhaust smoke
filter unit. Back up recoil hand start fitted.
BATTERY / ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: 100AH heavy duty leisure battery fitted in steel locking
box c/w master switch. Split level charging unit fitted to battery c/w cable and ISO plug to enable
charging of trailer battery from towing vehicle. 110/240 V 12 volt battery charger fitted in battery
box c/w mains lead. Consumer unit fitted with 2 RCD switched fuses connected to trace heating
and immersion heater, and battery charger.
110V trace heating fitted to external chemical pipe work c/w insulation, 110V 1000 Watt immersion
heater fitted into base of front chemical tank, Air temperature sensor unit fitted externally on trailer
to switch trace heating on and immersion on when plugged into 110V power supply.
TRAILER: 1500Kg gross capacity braked highway tow galvanised chassis fitted with 2 No 13”
Heavy duty M&S tyres, full road lighting, parking brake and auto reverse brakes, Telescopic front
jockey wheel, 50mm ball coupling, moulded mudguards, Amber airport approved flashing beacon
mounted on tank top. 4 tread access step ladders stowed on brackets on side of trailer. Rear
