For a more industrial sized fuel storage solution that can be towed around a construction site / farmland for efficient refuelling of plant, machinery or vehicles the 2140 LITRE U.N. APPROVED BUNDED DIESEL SITE TOW BOWSER is the perfect addition to your sites refuelling operations. For the cleanest possible fuel storage solution Trailer Engineering’s fuel bowser range comes as standard with a polyethylene inner tank and secured in a steel outer bund that is 110% of the inner tanks capacity.
All of Trailer Engineering’s fuel bowsers come with the option of being fitted to a highway towable chassis, site towable chassis or as a skidbase static tank. This 2140 litre U.N. approved bunded diesel site tow bowser comes complete with lifting points, fork truck sockets (for when the tank is not in the chassis), lockable rear door, stabilising drop stands and fitted into a fully welded site tow chassis which is very capable offroad.
There is also the option for this fuel bowser to be configured for other fuels including HVO, JetA1, Oil, etc upon request.

Constructed from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded with front standing plate and ‘A’ frame drawbar, Hot dip galvanised.
Single solid beam axle fitted with heavy duty 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs fitted with taper roller bearings.
WHEELS AND TYRES:
2 No 10.75” x 15.3” flotation tyres on 6 stud rims
2” forged welded ring eye.
Telescopic screw jack on drawbar.
OUTER BUND TANK:
Cylindrical in section with removable top section for tank access. Rear access door, fitted with stainless steel hinge and fully lockable. Bund contains 110% of inner tank content. 4 lifting eyes, fork sockets for use when tank out of chassis only.
INNER FUEL TANK:
Constructed from translucent heavy duty Polyethylene 2” filler cap and chain. 2” vent valve, top mounted 1Ú2” BSP suction and return connections. Ball valve in base of tank to pump. P.R.V. in the top of the tank.
K2 semi rotary hand pump c/w in line ‘Y’ Strainer fitted with 15’ of 1” hose c/w trigger nozzle and stowed on bracket. All contained within lockable bund area. Options available on request: Electric Pump, Petrol Pump, Non Resale Flowmeter.
Tank- Primer and two top coats, single British Standard colour. Galvanised chassis.
Delivery Information & Exclusions.
* UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).
*For none UK Deliveries POA.
*Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.
*Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.
* It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.
*Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.
*As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.
*Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
