This stainless steel vacuum tanker comes complete with twin tanks. 1 x 1000L capacity tank for water to feed the 3000psi Honda powered petrol pressure washer and a second (waste) tank with a capacity of 2000L for the vacuum tanker side of this product.

On the vacuum tanker side there is a MEC6500 vacuum pump which is powered by a Petrol Honda GX630 20hp engine.


This is as standard on a skidbase chassis that has also been fitted with a hydraulic ram for the tank to be able to be tipped back making it easier to clean or inspect inside of the vacuum tank via either the fully opening rear door or the 500mm rear access man lid.

The skid base vac tanker chassis is constructed by galvanised steel and comes with 2 x fork truck sockets and pre-drilled fixing points for the ability of mounting this vacuum tanker onto a lorry.

The 1000L water tank is fitted with a 2″ fill point at the top of the tank as well as a hose pipe connection point that runs along the sight glass tube, for easy filling without having to climb on the tank. The 1″ sight glass can be terminated at the bottom via a 3/4″ ball valve. The clean water tank also has a outlet at the base of the tank for supplying the 3000psi pressure washer, this outlet is fitted with a isolation point via 3/4″ ball valve, a Y-strainer and a hose tail.

The 2000L vacuum tank has the standard safety features you expect on a vacuum tank, including 1 x primary overfill protection cut off point, 1 x secondary overfill protection cut off point, 1 x pressure clock, 1 x vacuum relief valve and a 2″ sight glass that can be isolated at base of tank. Another safety feature on this vacuum tank’s system includes a PRV (pressure relief valve) that is fitted to the MEC6500 vacuum pump, there is also a belt guard protecting the belt and pulleys of the engine and vacuum pump. The vacuum tank is manufactured from stainless steel and has been fitted with a fully opening rear door that also has a man lid fitted at base of tank, there is also a 4″ discharge point at the base of tank that can be isolated via its 4″ ball valve and cover cap. The vacuum tanker is operated via it’s 2″ suction wand that has a 2″ ball valve and 15m tiger tail suction hose fitted. The MEC6500 vacuum pumps performance runs at 7000 litres per minute.

The Hydraulic ram is operated via its 12v hydraulic pump that is wired into the battery, and has a remote control that has a magnetic back and also has a control holder fitted.

This vacuum tanker has a all petrol Honda engine and pressure washer fitted, diesel options are available upon request.

3000psi petrol Honda cold wash pressure washer connected to 15m of 3/8″ high pressure hose on a hand rewind hose reel and a standard jetting lance.

Electric-start Honda GX630 (20HP) petrol engine running a MEC6500 vacuum pump via twin belts and fitted with fuel tank.

2″ suction wand isolated via a 2″ ball valve and fitted with 15m tiger tail suction hose, stored on a tubular hose holder and lance holder.

12v Hydraulic pump running a hydraulic ram for tipping of the vac tank.


Manufactured in a cylindrical tank design with dished ends both sides of the vac tank and constructed from stainless steel. There is a fully opening hinged rear door that has been fitted with an additional 500mm hinged access man-lid at the base of the door. There is also a 4″ discharge outlet point at the base of the vacuum tank that is isolated via a 4″ ball valve. This vacuum tanker also has fitted a 2″ sight glass with 2″ isolation ball valve and has all of the standard safety features for a vacuum tanker including pressure clock, primary and secondary overfill protection cut-offs, PRV (pressure relief valve) and Vacuum relief valve.


The water tank compartment of this bespoke vacuum tanker has also been manufactured to a cylindrical design with a dished end outside and a internal dished end that splits the water and waste compartments from each other. There are multiple filling points to this tank including a 2″ filler point and cap at the top of the water tank and a hose pipe connection that is inline with the tanks sight glass making a lower access point, designed especially for when mounted onto a vehicle to prevent the operator from having to climb onto the lorry/trailer. The water tank is also vented and is fitted with a 1″ contents sight glass and has a ball valve at base of the tank. The outlet that feeds the pressure washer has a isolation ball valve and inline Y-strainer fitted for extra protection of the pressure washer.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
