The 1000 Litre Split Vacuum Tanker is fitted with either Honda petrol or Yanmar diesel engines suitable to drive a MEC 1000 vacuum pump. The pump can be used for either filling or emptying the tank by sucking or blowing depending on the users needs.

The 1000 Litre Split Vacuum Tanker can be used for emptying toilets and is suitable for off-roading due to its trailer. It is fitted onto a chassis constructed from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded and A frame drawbar which is hot dip galvanised.

It is fitted onto a 3000kg trailer to be towed off road and can be fitted with different coupling’s depending on the customers requirements.

There is also a 12v on demand water pump fitted underneath the middle member for protection and to discharge the water from the clean water tank on this vacuum tanker.

Availability approximately 12 weeks due to being a bespoke build and can be altered due to meet customers requirements.

Technical Specifications

CHASSIS:

Constructed from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded and ‘A’ frame drawbar, Hot dip galvanised.

AXLE:

Our 1000 litre split vacuum tanker uses a knott-Avonride 3000kg rubber torsion beam fitted with Knott-Avonride 300 x 60 auto reverse brakes operated via cables and rod.

WHEELS AND TYRES:

2 No 235/85 x 16 x 12 ply radials fitted to 5 stud 6½” pcd rims.

PUMP:

The split vacuum tanker manufactured by Trailer Engineering utilises a Honda petrol or Yanmar diesel engines available to drive a MEC 1000 vacuum pump fitted with auto lube, driven via belts, fitted with a high level auto cut out ball and a secondary cut out in the pump line. Other engine makes can be sourced upon request. The pump can be configured to either suck for filling the tank or blow for emptying the tank.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

Trailer Engineering’s 1000 litre split vacuum tankers can come with a wide range of optional extras including a hose reel / hose holder, additional outlets, filters, suction wand, lashing points, lifts, engine cover, tool box, additional brackets, site glasses, extra hose, sight glasses, contents gauges, water pump.

TANK:

Trailer Engineering’s split vacuum taker utilises a 1000 litre galvanised steel tank, with a 700 litre – 300 litre partition.

    Delivery Information & Exclusions.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
