2000 Litre Twin compartment aviation vacuum tanker
AIRCRAFT TOILET VACUUM TANKER DESCRIPTION:
The 2000 litre aviation vacuum tanker has been specifically manufactured to meet specifications of companies that operate day to day ground handling of airline passenger jets/aircraft. This vacuum tank is perfect for servicing the lavatories onboard aircraft such as the Boeing 737, etc. The vacuum tanker has been manufactured into a twin compartment design meaning you can empty lavatory contents up to 1800 litres into the effluent tank and then refill onboard toilet water supplies with the 200 litre clean water tank simultaneously cutting down aircraft servicing times for a faster turn around and departure of an aircraft.
We have supplied 2000 litre and 1000 litre vacuum tankers for servicing lavatories on aircraft across many airports including, Heathrow (LHR), London city airport (LCY), London Luton (LTN), Birmingham (BHX), Gatwick (LGW), Manchester (MAN), Stansted (STN), Cardiff (CWL), and many more.
As each of our vacuum tankers are bespoke to our customers requirements we can fit tool kits, heating systems, ladders and racks, filters, flame traps, extra hoses and hose reels, etc, to suit every application. The vacuum tanker range can come in the form of skid base tanks, van mountable tanks, fitted into site tow trailers or single axle and twin axle highway tow trailers.
CHASSIS:
The 2000 litre vacuum tankers trailer is constructed from 5mm pressed steel and 100 x 50 RSC fully welded with front standing plate and an ‘A’ frame drawbar. Hot dip galvanised.

AXLE/SUSPENSION:
Twin Knott-Avonride 1500kg torsion beam axle fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes.
Single axle also available with a 3000kg rubber torsion beam fitted with Knott-avonride 300 x 60 auto reverse brakes operated via cables and brake rod.
WHEELS AND TYRES:
Twin axle comes with 4 No 185 x 13 x 8 ply radial tyres. 4 stud 51⁄2”pcd rims.
Single axle comes with 235/85 x 16 x 12 ply radials fitted on 5 stud 6 1⁄2pcd rims
COUPLING: Knott-Avonride 3000kg posibrake over run auto reverse c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball.

ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT:
110V Trace wire heating system around pipe work with insulation and 1000-Watt immersion heater in clean water tank to prevent freezing. There is also a air temperature sensor fitted to turn on the trace wire heating when there is a risk of freezing, as well as being able to turn on the immersion heater overnight when plugged into 110V power supply. The heating system runs off a 100AH heavy duty leisure battery which will be fitted into a lockable box complete with master switch. While the trailer is connected to a vehicle you will be able to connect the ISO plug to the tow vehicle to enable charging of the battery while on tow. There will also be a 110/240V 12 volt battery charger fitted to the battery box c/w mains leads. The electrical system on this vacuum tanker will be supported by a consumer unit that contains 2 RCD switched fuses connected to the heating system and battery charger.

Tank- Primer and two top coats, single British Standard colour. Galvanised Chassis. Painted chassis also available upon request.
