CASE STUDY – 2000 LITRE DUST CANNON WATER BOWSER
The Challenge
ScreenPod approached Trailer Engineering to design and manufacture a highway towable water bowser that was extended to fit their own 20kva generator and a dust cannon complete with control panel. The trailer and water bowser is to be sent off to screenpod where they would fit the generator and dust cannon system themselves.
The Solution
The trailer is based on Trailer Engineering's twin axle 2000 litre water bowser and has been extended at the front of the water tank and fitted with brackets and holes to suit Screenpod's generator. At the rear of the tank, the trailer has also been extended and fitted with a reinforced 8mm plate complete with mounting holes for the dust cannon and control panel.
The Result
A strong and continued relationship between both companies has formed along with a new road legal dust suppression product that has entered the market. This 2000 litre highway tow water bowser complete with dust cannon has become a success with a strong number of continued orders.
