Marine Harvest is the world’s leading seafood company and the world’s largest producer of Atlantic Salmon.
They were looking for a solution to combat the harsh offshore environment that leads to traditional steel fuelcube tanks to rust.
The Solution
We offered our Polycube range as it is made from polyethylene inner tank with outer bund surrounded by a galvanized steel frame, strong, secure and lighter than the steel fuelcube, produces less condensation than a steel fuelcube and completely corrosion free, fully approved for ten years and can be transported by sea, road, rail and air.
The Result
The Polycube range are now being exported around the world especially where corrosive environments are a problem. One of the main countries we export to is Norway where the cubes have been tried and tested to the extreme.
