The 3000 Litre Single Axle Slow Speed Site Tow Vac Tanker is constructed from 5mm mild steel/galvanised or painted finish (stainless steel option available) complete with dish ends. It has an 18″ access man lid bolt on top of the tank, primary overfill protection and secondary overfill protection. The tank comes with a pressure relief valve set at 6PSI, a vacuum relief valve and contents sight glass.
Description
The 3000 Litre Single Axle Slow Speed Site Tow Vac Tanker also comes with a 2″ inlet in the top of the tank for filling which is connected to 15m of tiger tail hose and terminates at a 2″ valve and the wand is stored on the brackets around the tank. It has a 3″ outlet in the bottom of the tank for emptying which terminates at a 3″ valve with cap and chain.
The vac tanker is fitted with a Yanmar electric start engine which powers a mec 2000 vacuum pump via twin belts c/w guard.The pump can vacuum the tank to fill via 2″ hose and pressurise the tank for emptying via the 3″ discharge valve in the base of the tank.
The 3000 Litre Single Axle Slow Speed Site Tow Vac Tanker is mounted on to a single avle slow speed site tow chassis which is not suitable for highway use.
Technical Specifications
CHASSIS:
Fully welded agricultural styled site tow T-frame trailer, finished in hot-dip galvanising. Complete with stand plate for the engine and pump and an additional front plate for the battery box.
Options to have extended chassis with extra stand plates for additional equipment available upon request.
AXLE/SUSPENSION:
Agricultural style Single solid beam axle fitted with heavy duty 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs fitted with taper roller bearings, suitable for up to 4 tonne.
WHEELS AND TYRES:
2 No 10.75″ x 15.3″ Floatation tyres on 6 stud rims
COUPLING:
2″ weld on ring eye
ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT:
Agricultural screw leg, 12v battery in battery box, other equipment can be added as optional extras including Moulded mudguards, mud flaps, rear support stand, Side reflectors, front reflectors, lighting systems.
TANK:
Cylindrical steel shaped tank complete with dished ends and 2 baffles inside the tank. As the vacuum tanker range is bespoke to suit the customers requirements, meaning there are options for additional outlets which can be manufactured into a variety of sizes. As standard this vacuum tanker will come with a 18″ man lid, 2″ inlet at top of tank, 3″ outlet at base of the tank and three sight glasses at the front of the tank.
This is a single tank vacuum tanker, however all vacuum tankers are also available with the option to be manufactured in a split tank combination.
PUMP:
MEC2000 powered by a choice of engines.
Trailer Engineering’s standard engine options to power this vacuum pump are Diesel Yanmar L100 or a Petrol Honda GX270.
If you require more suction on this 3000 litre vacuum tanker then larger pumps and engine combinations can also be fitted to this tank upon request.
FINISH:
Steel Agricultural spec Chassis and Tank comes galvanised as standard with options to also add any other paint colours.
There is also options to upgrade the tank to stainless steel which can be finished in self colour or any paint colour.

Delivery Information & Exclusions.
* UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).
*For none UK Deliveries POA.
*Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.
*Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.
* It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.
*Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.
*As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.
*Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
