HOTWASH PRESSUREWASHER / VACUUM TANKER:

This turn-table trailer is fitted with a combination vacuum tanker, meaning that its tank comprises of 2 x tanks. There is 2 x tanks because it is a multi-use vacuum tanker that on one side of the trailer, there is a Mec2000 vacuum pump powered by a Yanmar diesel engine that controls a 2000 litre vacuum tank and then on the other side of the tanker there is a 1000 litre fresh water tank for supplying a water source to the 2900psi Karcher Hotwash pressure washer. The trailer comes complete with handbrake, suspension, turn-table steering and a trailer lighting board secured in a recessed channel.

Description

This specialist vacuum tanker has been equipped with both a hot wash pressure washer as well as a MEC2000 vacuum pump. The vac tank is a combination tank that has two compartments, the first compartment is a clean water tank that has a capacity of 1000 litres of water and feeds the electric start 2900psi Karcher diesel hot wash pressure washer. The second compartment is a 2000 litre vacuum tank that is powered by a diesel electric start Yanmar L100 engine that runs a MEC2000 vacuum pump.

As standard the vacuum tanker comes complete with those important safety devices including a PRV (pressure relief valve), Vacuum relief valve, primary and secondary overfill protection and a pressure clock. This vacuum tanker also comes with a 3″ discharge outlet that is isolated by a 3″ ball valve and can be connected to a discharge hose. 15m of tiger tail suction hose on a hose bracket finishing at a 2″ sunction wand that also has a 2″ isolation ball valve.

As for the water tank on this vacuum tanker there is a 2″ fill point at the top of tank and an additional fill point via a quick release hose pipe connector. The water tank is also vented. At the base of the tank there is a outlet to feed the hotwash pressure washer complete with in line Y-strainer and isolating ball valve.

Both compartments on this vacuum tanker has been fitted with contents sight glasses.

All fitted onto a robust and reliable site tow trailer that has turn table steering, suspension, hand brake and rear trailer lighting board.

Manufactured from steel and has a galvanised finish.

Twin Knott-Avonride 1500kg torsion beam axle’s fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes.

4 No 185 x 13 x 8 ply radial tyres. 4 stud 51⁄2”pcd rims.

COUPLING: Knott-Avonride 3000kg posibrake over run auto reverse c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & 40mm ring-eye, 75mm NATO ring-eye or 50mm ball.

ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT:

2900psi Diesel Karcher hot wash pressure washer connected to a standard jetting lance.

Electric-start Yanmar L100v Diesel engine running a MEC2000 vacuum pump via twin belts.

2″ suction wand isolated via a 2″ ball valve and fitted with 15m tiger tail suction hose, stored on a suction hose holder and lance holder.

Telescopic front jockey wheel, rear lighting c/w 13 pin plug and 7 pin adapter.

VACUUM TANK:

Fitted with standard vacuum tanker equipment such as 2″ sight glass with 2″ isolation ball valve, pressure clock, primary and secondary overfill protection cut-offs, PRV (pressure relief valve) and Vacuum relief valve. Manufactured from steel with options for stainless steel tanks upon request. The vacuum tank has 15m of tiger tail suction hose and a 2″ suction wand. This vacuum tanker is cylindrical in design and has 2 x dished ends.

WATER TANK:

For the water supply to the Karcher hotwash pressure washer there is a 1000 litre water tank that has been manufactured in a cylindrical design with a dished end outside and a internal dished end that divides the water tank to the waste tank.

There is also multiple filling points to this water tank including 1 x 2″ filler point and cap at the top of the water tank as well as a hose pipe connector that is inline with the tanks sight glass making a lower access point, making it easy to refill the water without the need of climbing on the trailer to reach the top.

The water tank is also vented and has a 1″ contents sight glass that has a ball valve at base of the tank.

The outlet that feeds the hot wash pressure washer has a isolation ball valve and inline Y-strainer fitted for extra protection of the Karcher pressure washer.

PUMP:

The vacuum pump is a MEC2000 that is powered by a Yanmar L100V diesel engine. This engine is a electric start engine and also has a back up recoil start. The engine drives the vacuum pump via twin belts and pulleys, in which are secured inside a belt guard for safe operations.

The hotwash pressure washer is as standard a diesel electric start Karcher HDS 1000 DE in which also has a Yanmar L100v engine powering the jet washers water pump. The Karcher HDS1000DE has a flow rate of 450 – 900 litres per hour and a pressure of 40 – 200 bar, 2900 PSI. The maximum temperature of this hot wash pressure washer is 80 – 98 °C.

There is an automatic burner cut-out in case of water shortage, overheating protection and a ergonomically designed trigger gun for ease of use fitted on this Karcher hotwash pressurewasher.

For maximum performance the Karcher HDS100 DE is fitted with a high-output burner with upright heating coil and for continuous ignition without deflagration. Perfect for removing stubborn encrustations.

The Karcher HDS 1000 DE is a powerful hot water high-pressure cleaner, that is protected inside a sturdy tubular frame offering all-round protection for its components. The Yanmar L100v is a 10hp diesel engine and when fitted on the Karcher HDS 1000 DE hotwasher it offers a high water flow and pressure rates that are ideal for applications where high performance cleaning is required.

FINISH:

Galvanised steel trailer chassis and vacuum tanker with options for stainless steel tank options as well as painted steel tanks or painted galvanised tanks upon request.

    Delivery Information & Exclusions.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
