DIESEL FUELCUBE / POLYCUBE DESCRIPTION:

Trailer Engineering’s unique and innovative 950 litre Diesel Polycube (fuelcube) ensures a clean and secure fuel storage solution. Fully U.N. certified for 10 YEARS for the storage and transportation of fuel.

Our diesel polycube is constructed from a corrosion-free and robust polyethylene inner tank and outer bund secured in a galvanised steel frame. Complete with four-way lifting points and fork sockets, multiple generator feed access points, additional fitting’s moulded in tank for ancillary equipment such as telematics and pumps, secured in a lockable cabinet for protecting the pumping equipment and contents.

This diesel polycube (fuel cube) is also available on a trailer with the option for a highway tow-able trailer that can carry up to a 40 KVA generator and a 950 litre diesel polycube / fuelcube when full.

This diesel fuel cube can also be configured to store JetA1, Kerosine, HVO, Oil, Adblue, BioDiesel. To configure these fuel cube’s for other fuels/liquids/oils drop us an email to [email protected]

OUTER BUND TANK:
Corrosion free, Robust Heavy Duty Polyethylene outer bund tank.

FUEL CUBE OUTER FRAME:
Galvanised 5mm steel frame. c/w built in fork sockets on all sides. Four corner lifting eyes. Gas strut assisted secure lockable steel access lid.

OPTIONAL PUMPS:
12V Pump or Single diaphragm hand pump Either pump comes complete with suction pipe c/w ball valve, in line ‘Y’ strainer,15’ length of 1” diesel hose and c/w trigger nozzle.

INNER FUEL TANK:
Corrosion free, Robust Heavy Duty Polyethylene inner tank to prevent fuel contamination. Moulded in trigger nozzle storage. 2” filler cap. Contents gauge. Pressure relief valve. 1” manual vent valve fitted. Fittings to run two generators simultaneously with the lid locked.

FUEL CUBE STORAGE:
Approved to stack 2 high when full and 3 high when empty.

FUEL CUBE FINISH:
Our diesel polycube comes with a black Polyethylene outer tank as standard. Other colours available. Galvanised frame and lid.

PUMP: Gen Feed as standard. With options for a hand pump, 12v pump, 110v pump and 230v fuel pumps with 15’ of 1″ fuel hose & trigger nozzle. Optional extras available on request such as a Non Resale Flowmeter.

    Delivery Information & Exclusions.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
