450 Litre Highway Towable Vacuum Tanker

All of our vacuum tanks come complete with an array of safety features including vacuum relief valve and a pressure relief valve as well as primary and a secondary cut off points. This 450 litre vacuum tanker is powered with a diesel Yanmar L70 engine that drives a Battioni Pagani MEC1000 vacuum pump via twin v-belts. The Yanmar L70 is an electric start engine that comes with a ignition switch and 2 x keys secured in a galvanised steel bracket that has a padlock facility and is powered with a 12v battery in which is fitted in a plastic battery box. The vacuum tank is manufactured from steel that is hot dipped galvanised complete with  18” bolt on access man-lid cover in which the man-lid will house a pressure clock, vacuum relief and pressure relief valves and the primary cut off. There is also a a 2″ ball valve located at the bottom of the tank directed towards the floor with a 2″ m/f elbow for emptying the vacuum tank.

Ancillary equipment included on this 450 litre vacuum tank include 2″ suction wand and 15 metres of suction hose wrapped on brackets around the tank, oil mist separator and charcoal filter, lockable tool box.

CHASSIS:

The 450 litre vacuum tanker’s trailer chassis is manufactured from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded with front standing plate and an ‘A’ frame drawbar. Hot dip galvanised.

AXLE/SUSPENSION:

Single Knott-Avonride 1500kg torsion beam axle fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes.

WHEELS AND TYRES:

2 No 185 x 13 x 8 ply radial tyres. 4 stud 51⁄2”pcd rims.

COUPLING:

Knott-Avonride 2000kg posibrake over run auto reverse c/w spring
assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball.

VACUUM TANK:

5mm Thick Steel complete with 2 x steel dished ends

PUMP:

MEC1000 Vacuum Pump

FINISH:

Tank- Primer and two top coats, single British Standard colour. Galvanised Chassis.

    Delivery Information & Exclusions.

    * UK Mainland Delivery, Delivery price above Excludes Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Isles, West Wales, coastal areas Etc Price On Application (POA).

    *For none UK Deliveries POA.

    *Offloading of heavy items such as bowsers & tanks should be made by a forklift with extended forks or similar heavy lifting equipment. If you will be offloading via an overhead crane and require delivery to be made on flat bed vehicle please advise prior to purchase as additional charges may apply, our standard delivery vehicles are normally curtain sided vehicles and don’t allow access for overhead cranes. If a forklift with extended forks is not available to offload, please advise prior to purchase as we can make alternative arrangements i.e. Via HIAB Delivery. However, these special deliveries will be POA.

    *Delivery is a kerbside service only, and not a “drop at your door service”. Arrangements must be made by the customer to manoeuvre the tanks into position.

    * It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access for large lorries.

    *Trailer Engineering Will contact you prior to despatch to advise delivery date, if for any reason delivery is attempted and failed on the advised date, it is the customers responsibility to cover the initial transport costs and any additional charges to get the units back to ourselves and Re-delivered on another date. Therefore, it is vital that if delivery is expected on a specific date that someone is available with the correct offloading facilities and can sign for the goods at the delivery address as additional charges for failed deliveries can be significant.

    *As offloading is the customers responsibility any damages to the units which is caused during the offloading process wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would be the customers responsibility.

    *Tanks cannot be left without a customer’s signature.
