Tank 450L Capacity, cylindrical in section, with dished and flanged ends fully welded, constructed
from 4mm mild steel, 18” bolt on access manlid cover, 1” bottom outlet with locking ball valve c/w
cam lock cap, 1” suction inlet in top of tank, contents sight Glass on tank with locking ball valve,
prevac gauge, pressure relief valve set at 3psi, high level ball cut out with secondary cut out in line to
vacuum compressor pump. Whole tank hot dip galvanized to BS standards.

Tank 450L Capacity, cylindrical in section, with dished and flanged ends fully welded, constructed
from 4mm mild steel, 18” bolt on access manlid cover, 1” bottom outlet with locking ball valve c/w
cam lock cap, 1” suction inlet in top of tank, contents sight Glass on tank with locking ball valve,
prevac gauge, pressure relief valve set at 3psi, high level ball cut out with secondary cut out in line to
vacuum compressor pump. Whole tank hot dip galvanized to BS standards.

MEC 1000lpm vacuum compressor with built in oiler, reverse flow valve driven via twin V belts from
a Yanmar electric start Diesel engine with hand recoil start back up. Exhaust fitted with a spark
arrestor, lockable box key start.

Flame arrestor to suction inlet of compressor, twin clear filter bowls fitted to discharge side of
compressor, 1 to catch oil/ vapor mist the other filled with medical charcoal granules to remove
odours from the exhaust air.

Rear mounted spring rewind hose reel with 30ft of reinforced 1” suction hose terminating with a 1”
cam lock fitting c/w cap. Fixed hose to hose reel having cam lock fittings on the end so that it can be
connected to either the suction inlet of the tank or the discharge valve from the tank.

All above mounted on EU approved 1500kg gross capacity chassis constructed from 100 x 50 RSC
with crossbearers to suit tank, single independent rubber torsion beam axle fitted with 200 x 50 auto
reverse Knott brakes, 4 stud hubs, 175 x 13 commercial van tyres, moulded mudguards, 2000kg auto
reverse coupling fitted with ball or eye. Parking brake break away cable, telescopic jockey wheel,
tow height set at 13”.

Rear lighting board in recessed protective channel, oblong number plate holder clips, fitted within
channel (part of EU approval). Full road lighting using 12v bulbs c/w side and front reflectors and
terminating in 13 pin plugs with 7 pin adaptor. Whole chassis hot dipp galvanized, lockable storage
box fitted to chassis.

Complete unit painted to single colour to suit customers’ requirements.
